When the power supply is turned off, is there a possibility that the FET of the H-bridge turns on due to the electric charge remaining in the capacitor of the booster circuit?

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean by the booster circuit. Can you post a block diagram or schematic so we can better understand your question?

Nishikawa-san,

When the power supply is turned off, the FET of the H-bridge won't be turned on due to the electric charge remaining in the capacitor of the booster circuit because there is 1Mohm resistor between VM and VCP to discharge it.

For DRV 88812, 1 MΩ needs to be mounted on the external circuit. Does it mean that DRV 88816 has 1 MΩ built in?

Yes. I think the 1Mohm is built in DRV8816. You can use a meter to confirm it.
