ADS7845EVM-PDK: ADS7845EVM-PDK software installation issue

Part Number: ADS7845EVM-PDK

Hi We have purchased an ADS7845EVM-PDK and cannot get the software to install correctly on any one of four machines including windows 7 and XP.
The issue seems to be a USB driver issue but finding the driver from Windows Device Manager is not possible.
We are on the verge of returning the board but would rather find a solution.

    Hi Clive,

    Very sorry to hear all the trouble you and your team are having. We have had a lot of Forum questions regarding EVM software not working on Windows 10 because of drivers issues like you said. But we have not had many people voice issues with Win 7 or XP. Someone posted a solution on how to bypass the driver signature verification. This example is for Win 10, but I think it's worth a shot testing out. Let me know if this is any help
