The graphs in the datasheet for efficiency ends at 1mA load. Could we get data up to 100uA range for that regulator.
Also could we get the details on the load switch point when the mode switches from PWM to PFM?

Since the efficiency and operation mode transitions depends on the operation conditions, can you please specify which VIN, VOUT are you interested in?

Hi Kevin,
This is the efficiency plot evaluated on TLV62568EVM-789 for VIN =3.3V and VOUT = 1.8V.
The transition PFM/PWM depends heavily on working conditions and passive component variations.
For reference on the tested EVM the threshold was around 150mA.
