Dear sir,
Please help to check if my TPS53015 design is ok, thanks!
I already tested the output voltage, found that the maximum overshoot is about 30mV, how can i fix this issue?

Hello,
For your schematic, you assume a reference of 0.765V as opposed to 0.77V, which may contribute to the device regulating higher than anticipated. As far as correcting overshoot, I would recommend adding some additional output capacitance for reducing overshoot particularly during a load transient event. Are there any specific overshoot/undershoot requirements in your design that you need to meet for a particular load step?
Other than those comments, the rest of the design looks good.

Alec Biesterfeld
Hi,
Thanks for your correction, I will recalculate the output use 0.77V reference.
Because of the overshoot, the full loading voltage ripple is not meet out 5%Vout spec., when work under full load, the voltage ripple is about 48~55mV, but our spec is under 45mV(0.9V*5%), so I need fix it, and by the way, the undershoot is about 18~21mV;
Please see section 8.2.2.2 in the datasheet in regards to the output capacitance and ripple requirements.
