I got a question from customer.
The current is stopped and a voltage drop occurs during start-up by enable. Looks like activation of the current limit, but why. The current is still low, far below the current limit value. The start-up behavior is not well described at the datasheet (too abstract), can you provide more details? I can replicate this on the TLV62585EVM-824 EVM as well (I changed key components (L1->1u5, R2->10k, R1-> 33k2 C4->220pF and load capacity 100uF, no resistive load). Input voltage=5V, output voltage=2V5.
