We have a design with the oscillator frequency set to 1.5MHz. The datasheet gives tolerances for the oscillator at 1MHz, but the Oscillator Frequency vs Timing Resistance curve shows that the oscillator can be set as high as 3MHz. Are the oscillator tolerances at 1MHz, percentage-wise, also applicable to higher operating frequencies? Also, are rise, fall, and/or delay times affected at higher operating frequencies, or do they remain unchanged? In general, are there any parameters that would not meet the stated variations in the datasheet at our operating frequency of 1.5MHz?
