I would like to know the thermal resistance to calculate junction temp when thermal pad is not used.

Do we have any information ?

    Hello Jin,

    No, we do not have the following information. It is not recommended to use the device without the thermal pad. We run tests using the recommend ePOD and provide the following information in the datasheet.
