LP87524P-Q1: LP87524 P vs J version current rate

Part Number: LP87524P-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LP87524J-Q1,

Hello Team,

due to today LP87524P-Q1 availability we are qualifying also the LP87524J-Q1 as alternative part.

The default voltage output are different as well the output current rate.

Out of the LP87524J-Q1 datasheet the output can be reprogrammed via I2C.

If I set the LP87524J-Q1 outputs as the LP87524P-Q1 outputs, can I get the same output current rate?

In particular by buck 0 if I go from 3.3V down to 1V can I get the 3A out?

From thermal perspective I assume that buck 2 must go from 4A down to 3A.

Thanks,

SunSet
