LT1054: Grounding unused pins on LT1054IDW

There are 8 non-connected pins on the SOIC version of LT1054 (Part number LT1054DW).

Are there any connections from the die to these pins?

Can I connect them to my ground plane to provide better heat sinking for the part?

    Hello Arthur,

    According to the pin function table these pins are not connected to the die. So you can connect them to GND, but as there is no connection to the die internally, I doubt that they help a lot for heat sinking.

    Do you have such a high input voltage that there is such a high power you need to dissipate?
