Hi Expert,

My customer board using TDA2sx and TPS659039-Q1 but SW OUT/LDO OUT no output

PWRON and RPWRON are 16.348MHz。

OSC16MIN and OSC16MOUT 3.3V

Could you give us some advices?

My customer board still can not work

LDOVRTC_OUT is 1.8V

PWRON and RPWRON are 16.348MHz。

OSC16MIN and OSC16MOUT are 3.3V

CLK32KGO(M11) has output 32.768KHz, but the POWERGOOD(J7) not output

Could you give us some advices for why POWERGOOD(J7) not output?

Could you help to review schematic?

Hi Daniel,

Please confirm your listed inputs.

It appears that OSC16MIN and OSC16MOUT should be receiving the 16.348MHz and PWRON and RPWRON should be receiving the 3.3V.

Additionally please specify what ON request you are providing the PMIC from Table 1 of the linked application note.

Also, please refer to Table 3 of the linked application note to confirm that there are no gating conditions preventing the ON request.
