LMZ10500: Start up simulation

Hi,

I'm trying to simulate the LMZ10500 start-up condition with the attached file on Pspice for TI.

LMZ10500_TRANS-2021-06-17T06-47.zip

I think that the following result(waveforms) are wrong because it outputs 5V after EN rises up.

How should I do to simulate correctly?

Hi Kuramochi,

After checking with the simulations team, it seems that unfortunately the model for the LMZ10500 is not made for start-up simulations and they cannot be performed reliably.
