Parts suggestion for buck converter with Vin=16V and Vout=0.7V, Iout=5.0A

Hi all, 

Would like suggestions on the various available parts that would perform the above buck conversion. High efficiency and low ripple voltage is our highest priority at this point of time. While we have the list of new parts in the parametric search tool, it may be useful if anyone could add their preferences as we are not entirely familiar with TI regulators.
