May I know there have any cross reference devices for ADI ADM8660?

Hello Henry,

LM2660 or MAX660 might fit, but the switching frequency is lower compared to the ADM8660. I would recommend to order some samples of these and check in your system.

May I know the pin-7 can or not be tied to GND when as a voltage inverter?

Hello Henry,

I am sorry, but all our charge pumps in SO-8 package have pin 7 connected to the internal oscillator and you cannot connect it to GND.
