The absolute maximum ratings are there to show that the device may fail if these values are exceeded.
The recommended operating junction temperature range is -40 to 105C and that is where our electrical characteristics are guaranteed:
To determine how hot the actual junction temperature is, You would need to use ψJT. The equation you would use is:
TJUNCTION=TCASE+ψJT.*Power
Where
TCASE is the temperature you measured
ψJT is from the thermal information:
And power is the total power dissipation within the IC.
Since you are measuring 107C, you are already running above the recommended operating temperature,
