LM46000: Output voltage not stable (hiccup) when slowly increasing input voltage (with 0.5A load)

Part Number: LM46000

Hello All

As described in the title. When I have attached a resistive load of ca. 20R and I start increasing the input voltage from 0V the output is in hiccup mode until the input voltage reaches about 30V. The goal is that the output voltage is stable when Vin >= 27V. When I apply the load after the DC/DC is powered up then it works down to Vin = 20V.

This is the circuit (all mentioned voltages are referenced to GND_H_1):

How can the circuit be improved to start correctly under high laod and low input voltage?

Thanks for your help.

Best regards
