TLC5957: Regarding LAT pin functionality

Hi,

Does LAT pin on this IC TLC5957 can be used as a chip select pin ? If not, please clarify which pin can be used as SPI chip select pin ?

Hi Srivatsan,

If using LAT pin as a chip select pin, it will cause the unsynchronized between the devices. There is no pin designed to be the chip select pin. The data of devices can be translated by DATA pin.
