Dear *,

can we generate 3.6V from 3.3V with LM2750-ADJ? Or do you recommend a different Charge pump inductor less IC?

    Hello David,

    You can create 3.6V from 3.3V with a charge pump, but the efficiency will be in the range of 54% as the charge pump is doubling the input voltage and then dissipating the not needed energy. This is valid for every charge pump doubler. You might have a look at the TPS60130 for a better efficiency at these voltage levels.
