My customer has been using CSD88537ND for FETs of DRV8711 and they would like to estimate junction temperature.

Hello Mago-san,

Thanks for promoting TI FETs at your customer. We do not provide ΨJT for any of our discrete or power block MOSFETs. TI does make a number of products in SO8 and I reviewed the datasheets for several of our buck converters. The value of ΨJT varied from about 12C/W to 15C/W. The customer should be able to use those numbers to estimate TJ. Please let me know if you any questions.
