Hi Team,

May I know the Efficiency Value/Range for TPS51200A-Q1, for the following condition

Input Voltage : VLDOIN = 1.5V ; VIN = 3.3V ; REFIN = 0.75V

Output Voltage : VO = 0.75V ; REFOUT = 0.75V

Output Sink/source Current = 0.3 to 0.6A

    Hi Jayakrishnak,

    TPS51200A-Q1 is an LDO, the efficiency from power stage is just Vout/VIN.

    If you want to take into account of the bias current from 3.3V input (~0.7mA), then it will be (Vout*Iout)/(Vin*Iout+3.3V*0.7mA)

    For 0.6A output current, the efficiency is about 49.87%

    For 0.3A output current, the efficiency is about 49.74%
