Hi SIr,

Just want to check the below question:

1) What's the maximum boost to phase voltage ( VBST2 to SW2 voltage) that TPS51275B can withstand in a very short time? How long does it last?

2) Currently we have measured that the maximum voltage between VBST2 and SW2 is more than 6V in 20us, does it normal?

    Hi Lumina,

    We recommend to limit the VBST2-VSW2 voltage inside the abs rating range. And the measured results could be affected by testing point obviously. I just want to check what test point you chose in the experiment? Could you try to measure the voltage near IC pin and complete the test again?

    And I don't know whether you use differential probe to measure the VBST-VSW, or use the normal probe to measure the VBST-GND & VSW-GND and do the subtraction using scope. Could you share more details about your test method?
