TPS25221: Reverse current Block operation when the VIN=0V

Part Number: TPS25221

Hello Team,

I want to check  about Reverse current Block function for the TPS25221.
If the VIN is 0V when the device is disabled, is the device add any stress?
I’d like to confirm about VIN<ONT is okay, even if VIN=0V.

Regards,

Sato

  • Hi Sato,

That's fine as it's back to back FET structure inside.

It can withstand the reverse voltage below ABS.

For TI's policy, I will first click resolved button.

    Thanks.
