Is the feeding time and delay time affected by the working temperature? Do you have a specific value? For example, at - 40 ℃ and 125 ℃, how will these two time parameters change? How much has changed?

I was able to find some data but I am still trying to sort it all out. I am not sure if the data has all the temp data points. Let me continue to compile it and see what I have. I wanted to let you know what I am still trying to find the data for you.

Hi Zhang,

We have some limited data that shows +/- 20% from the min and max limits shown in the datasheet. Because the design is old, the data that I have found cannot be guaranteed over temperature. Please use what I have mentioned as a guideline for over temp behavior. Thanks!
