BQ40Z60: Battery self-discharge issue when charger is connected

Hi TI Team,

We are using BQ40Z60 and 2 cells of Panasonic NCR18650B battery in series.

When the battery is fully charged, RSOC reaches 100%. If I leave the charger connected for a few days, I notice RSOC can be dropped to about 95%. The battery voltage also drops to 4.1V. I guess this is because of the self-discharge of battery.

Is there a setting which can keep a maintain voltage to keep the RSOC to be 100%?

It's possible that the gauge never enters sleep mode and that could be causing the issue.
