[FAQ] TPS3899: Sensing 0.6V threshold

Part Number: TPS3899

I need to monitor 0.6V power rail. Is there a voltage monitor, supervisor, reset IC that can do this?

  • Yes, there are several voltage supervisors we have in our portfolio that can monitor 0.6V and lower.  Please see below:

TPS3700 - High voltage (18V) window voltage detector with internal reference for over and undervoltage monitoring (Adjustable threshold voltage requiring external resistors that can monitor down to 400mV

TPS3701 - High voltage (36V) window voltage detector with internal reference for over and undervoltage monitoring (Adjustable threshold voltage requiring external resistors that can monitor down to 400mV)

TPS3703 - High Accuracy Overvoltage and Undervoltage Reset IC With Time Delay and Manual Reset (Sense down to 500mV)

TPS3710 / TPS3710-Q1 - Wide VIN Voltage Detector (Adjustable threshold voltage requiring external resistors that can monitor down to 400mV)

TPS3711 - 36-V Voltage Detector (Adjustable threshold voltage requiring external resistors that can monitor down to 400mV)

TPS3808 / TPS3808-Q1 - Low-Quiescent-Current, Programmable-Delay Supervisory Circuit (Adjustable threshold voltage requiring external resistors that can monitor down to 405mV)

TPS3899 / TPS3899-Q1 -  Nano-Power, Precision Voltage Supervisor, Push-Button Monitor with Programmable Sense and Reset Delay (Adjustable threshold voltage requiring external resistors that can monitor down to 505mV)

TLV841 - Small Size Nano-Power Voltage Supervisor in WCSP Package (SENSE variant - Adjustable threshold voltage requiring external resistors that can monitor down to 505mV)
