Hi TI experts,
TPS61236's Vin spec is max Vout-0.6V.
However, my customer designed it with the following specifications.
Vin : 3.5~4.2V
Vout : 4.5V
When Vin is 4.2V, the voltage difference between Vout and Vin is 0.3V. this is TPS61236 spec out.
In this case, is there a possibility that the IC will fail?
Pin2 (SW) and Pin9 (Vout) short defects occurred. (Pin2 to Pin9 : 20~25ohm)
Please give me your technical opinion.
