    Hello Yuling,

    The AUIR2085S is a half bridge driver with included self oscillating functions. We do not have a device with the included oscillator but the closest half bridge driver equivalent recommendations would be the LM5109 or LM5108 half bridge drivers. The oscillator function would have to be provided externally for these drivers.
