Hi team,
customer use LP87562-Q1 buck3 to power supply DDR, the current is very small. they found that when power down, the voltage of BUCK3 decrease very slow,
see the below waveform. read register, the discharge resistor is enable, but measured the BUCK3 output impedance, it is 14Mohm, not 200ohm. seems that the discharge is disable.
so, what's the discharge resistor status at power down? we also measured other phase buck0/1/2, the output impedance are 14Mohm.
can you help comments it? thank you
