HI,

LMR33610 this part used Our design Need top and bottom MOSFET Raise , fall time for Efficiency analysis.

Please provide the Evaluation schematic for LMR33610  device.

    Hello

    The information you are looking for is proprietary.

    There are other switching losses within a monolithic converter besides those due to the rise/fall time

    of the switch node.  These are difficult to characterize and usually do not lead to accurate results when

    calculated or simulated.

    The best way to determine the overall power loss of the converter is to use the efficiency curves in the data sheet and 

    calculate the loss based on that information.

    We can provide guidance with those calculations if you desire.
