LM22676: Waveform at Switch seems to be oscillating

did this device wok at light load condition? if yes, it is normal condition that when inductor current go to 0, the inductor will resonant with the diode and internal mosfet's parasitic capacitor

Thanks, There is a small load i.e I am driving a PIC18F45k50 and the voltage seems to be fine as I have set the Voltage divider for 3.2v Dc.
There is another circuit on which I have placed an LM22676 which is driving a TMS320F28069 MCU but as I increase the input voltage above 7 Volts the LM22676 get shorted out lesser than 7 volts gives a perfect 3.2 volts out

you mean above 7V input, LM22676 output is abnormal? can you share the schematic, PCB and abnormal SW waveform?

Above 6.8-7V The LM22676 Burns out. Output is solid 3.2 V .No Abnormality.

can you share the schematic? have you test the EVM board or check the difference between your schematic and EVM shematic?
