    Hi,

    Unfortunately there isn't any other device that is p2p to this RNP0030A packaged device. If customers must use this device I'd suggest checking the available distys (Digikey, Mouser, Newark,etc.) for any availability.

    However what I can propose is to use either the LM61460Q1 or the LMQ61460Q1 which are p2p compatible with each other.

    Note that these alternative devices do not have configurable mode pins (device has variants for PFM or FPWM) at light load and does not have a configurable soft-start.
