Needed Switching node Rise/fall time values

Vin=3.3V Vout=1.2V Fsw=1.8MHz

    Hi Sathish,

    This value can be easily capture from the EVM. Can you give more details why you need this values?  If you want to calculate power dissipation for this operating condition then I would suggest to use Webench model.

    It will help you to give all details for your operating conditions.

    Hi Tanvee,

    I am calculating switching loss due to internal MOSFET so that i need those values for calculation.

    In Webench internal MOSFET losses are not shown.

    Kindly send us the value for the above mentioned condition.

    In EVM I couldnt find any values related to rise time.(Doc referred:TPS628502EVM-092 User's Guide)

    Hi Sathish,

    Webench will help to calculate total power dissipation that includes switching losses. I was refereeing measuring EVM waveform for evaluation.

    Expected value would be 7-9ns for rise/fall time.
