For latchup test, do you mean Short Circuit current test? 

If so, here is the specs from the data sheet: 

This short circuit current is equivalent to the current limit. LP5912 does have a short circuit protection.

I mean was the part tested for electrical latchup?

Are you aware of any radiation data on th part?

Is the device CMOS?

We have a High Reliability and Space group which is dedicated to these sorts of questions.  You may contact them or submit a forum post to the Space team if they have any test data on this device.  The LP5912 uses a CMOS pass device and is based on CMOS technology.
