I have inherited a design, shown above, where the DP_IN/DM_IN and the DP_OUT/DM_OUT are all tied to ground through pull-up resistors.
When I run PetaLinux I observe the waveform, shown below, where the waveforms represent the following pins
Yellow - Pin 12: OUT (VBUS)
Cyan - Pin 13: nFAULT
Pink - Pin 5: VBUS_EN
So my question is given our configuration of the TPS2543 and the output waveforms shown, is the device behaving as expected?
