The schematic is not complete ， the Page 2 & 3 seems like missing a piece , could you upload a full schematic or could you tell me the reference design number ?

Hi Leon,

Yes, he will back tomorrow.

By the way, UCC256404+ TI GaN is not not special design. You just need to use UCC256404 high side boostrap cap voltage to supply the highside GaN.

I suggest you can try to draw it by youself and if needed you can send it to me for review.

Hi Leon,

maybe customer do not fully understand the connecting of page 2 and page 3. I have added the connection between page 2 and 3.

Also there should be a fault in this schematic.

for UCC25630/40 controllers, the output pwm amplitide is RVCC+0.3V, but the TI GaN input range is 0-5.5V, so an easy way to use the LLC controller with GaN is add below(below captured uses UCC28064A controller+TI GaN)
