TPS54627: About the operation temperature range of TPS54627

Hi team,

I want to know the operation temperature range of TPS54627.

I see some different information about these spec on datasheet, please help me check, which is right. -40~85°C or -40~125°C?

Hi Andy，

The operation temperature should be -40C to 85C. In the 6.3 recommendation table, TA is also -40C to 85C. What's more, in 6.5 electrical characteristics, the FB voltage cross temp is also -40C to 85C. So the operation temperature should be -40C to 85C.

As for the package page, Op temp -40C to 125C I guess is for package only. I will double check with out team member and feedback to you soon.
