Hi Ti Team，

I want to design an AC-DC product, please help recommend a suitable IC, Product volume requirements want to use GaN FET to design.the requirements are as follows:

    hello Switch,

    from your spec, do  you mean to have PFC+DCDC solution?

    right now we have UCC28065 high frequency TM mode controller that can be used for GaN.

    for LLC, we still do not have a controller that is specil design with HV start up for LLC.

    you can selecet UCC256402 and use GaN, but please make sure the resoanant frequency below 300kHz.
