A simple question about TPS40322 (Voltage Mode Control) PWM chip:
How does TPS40322 behave when the Load Current (I_dc) decreases lower than 50% of the designed Inductor Ripple Current (ΔI, or I_ripple) ? Does it enter FCCM (low side MOSFET still turned on during OFF time), or Emulated DCM (low side FET turned off), or certain "Skip" Mode (lowered switching frequency) ? TPS40322 datasheet does not mention anything about the light load situation.
