Hi Team,
We want to use a constant current buck converter driver in one of our products.
We are planning to use LM3405 as the driver.
The purpose is to drive a shape memory valve of rated power 0.3W.
The resistance R1 will be 0.8 Ohm, so the maximum current will be 0.256A.
We have 7 such valves, so is there any single-chip constant current drivers that can drive all 7 valves?.
All valves can be controlled independently
Hi,
Sorry, we don't have such device. Thanks for your consideration of TI devices!
Robin
Hi Robin,
Thank you for your reply,
Is the IC LM3405 I've selected well for my application?.
Also, for chips like LP5012, can we independently control each LED. However, its maximum sink current is 25.5mA.
I think similar chips with a high sink or source current can be used in my case.
