Dear sirs,

I am impressed from your TPS62913EVM-077 noise performance. 

We are valuating it for a ADC card in a medical equipment.

I have bought the evaluation board and worked on it.

I have a question regarding the measurement method because I have done the same measurement but with very different results.

I essentially done 2 measurements in 2 different points of measure:

1) on the J5 SMA suggested from you;

2) directly on the C8 output capacitor.

The measurement on J5 is OK and with very low noise. 

The same measurement on C8 capacitor is very different because it is very noisy at HF.

My opinion is that the track to bring the VOUT signal to J5 SMA connector has an inductive parasitics + 470pF of capacitor near the SMA could help to have better result! But it is not the reality, I think.

Please, could you give me some technical explanation regarding your test method and why you don't have placed the SMA connector directly on the VOUT track ?
