LM51501-Q1: LM5150 ording information confirm

LM5150QURUMRQ1 is newly added to spec ordering information, but we cannot see any difference from LM5150QRUMRQ1 .

could you help confirm? i guess maybe fabrate factory difference?

    Hello Tao,

    Thank you for considering the LM5150.  The differences are in the package, both are QFN-16 and can fit in the same PCB footprint.  However,

    xxxxxxQRUMxxx – it has the wettable flanks

    xxxxxxQURUMxxx – it does not have the wettable flanks (namely the conventional QFN).
