DCP010512DB: How to deal with inrush current?

Part Number: DCP010512DB

Hello,

I'm using the DCP010512DB in a Beagle Bone Black Cape. The DC/DC is being used just to power up some OP Amps, while the 5V input came from the same power source from BBB.

We want that, when BBB is powerd, both the cape and the BBB turns on, but, due the in rush current, thats not happening. When the BBB is powered up, the inrush current makes the 5V oscilates, what makes that the BBB doesnt inicializes properly, making that just the cape powers up.

My idea to overcome this issue is to use a power switch on the input. Searching a little, I found the TPS2024IDRQ1. My plan is to connect the 3.3V BBB output (that just turns on when the BBB properly initiates) on the EN pin, making that the cape is powered only after the BBB is on.

Is this the best solution? Or is there another way? This power switch is the best for this application? Should I use another DC/DC converter?
