Dear.

Currently customer is using TPS7A4701RGWT， in datasheet ，it shows thermal pad is internally connected to GND as below, but in actual，we find there is no connected between thermal pad and pin 7 GND ，Could you help me confirm that？

Hello,

The thermal pad and the GND are internally connected, but this connection is not a metallic/conductive connection. Please ensure that the thermal pad is connected to a large area ground plane in your application. Thanks!
