Hello,
after working fine previously the EV2400 no longer detects any batteries connected to it (SMB).
The device seems to run fine beause:
- all LEDs are on
- device is recognized by byStudio
What we did so far without success:
- EV2400 firmware has been updated to 0.32
- bqStudio reinstalled
- bqStudio updated to 1.3.104
- checked for unrecognized devices in device manager (there are none)
- tested with different batteries (with different ICs) on different (Win10) PCs
- tried another EV2400 device
- tried different connection cables from EV2400 to battery
Both systems have been working fine before. The only thing I could think of would be a Win10 update messing something up...
