LM5163-Q1: EN/UVLO pin characteristics (input resistance/current consumption)

Could you let me know what is the leakage/input resistance of the EN/UVLO pin of LM5163-Q1 ? As far as I can tell, I don't find the information in the datasheet.

Hello PA,

I referenced datasheet and characterization report and was not able to locate EN bias current vs vin.

I will see if product team has any data that I have not located.

Is there a particular condition the customer is considering and I assume typical number is satisfactory?

Hello Marshall,

I don't know the EN pin voltage level which is planned but the input voltage will be 48Vtyp.

Maybe you can check with the following conditions to be sure to cover the customer's requirements ?

Vin = 48 Venable = 5V
Vin = 48 Venable = 12V
Vin = 48 Venable = 48V

Hello PA.

I measured:

Vin = 48 Venable = 5V; 3.4nA
Vin = 48 Venable = 12V; 2.9nA
Vin = 48 Venable = 48V; 2.3nA

Please note, the resolution of this measurement instrument is 5nA + .05% of the measurement value. We are above the resolution of the DMM, this DMM being the highest resolution DMM we have. Regardless, i feel the number I provided should be enough to put the customer at ease hopefully.
