LM317HV: Need confirmation from product line

Hi Experts,

Good day. I have this case from client about the orderable device LM317HVT/NOPB.

They ordered it from one of our authorized distributor (Mouser), found that that such device has a top mark under National Semiconductor.

Hence I believe NS was already acquired by TI way back 2011. Just need your confirmation that such device is still operate as what THIS datasheet provided; and they are legit devices under TI.

    Hi Archie,

    You are correct that National Semiconductor was acquired back in 2011, but we did not remove the National logo from this device. Many customers were already using this device at the time of the acquisition and we did not want to impact their visual inspection process so we left the National logo on the device.
