TPS54350-EP: Thermal resistance information

Hi Team,

Good day! Could you help to clarify the thermal information for TPS54350MPWPREP. The datasheet did not mention about the junction-to-case and junction-to-board.

I found out that TPS54350MPWPREP has a Tjc of 5.67 C/W but how about the junction-to-board?

I could not find the Tjc of 5.67C/W in the datasheet of TPS54350-EP. Where did you get this number? We only have Junction to amb thermal impedance on page 2 of datasheet.

Since the junction-to-board is not updated on available on the datasheet, could you confirm if this information will not be available? Thank you.

Hi Jonathan,

Yes, confirmed. The part is very old. The junction to board thermal impedance is not available. Are you open to use other part? We recommend TPS629210-Q1 or TPS629210.

They are new generation buck converter. The parts will be released by end of this year. The part and EVM are available now. Please take a look in the link as below.
