Hi team,

Could you help to check why min voltage has -0.3V, why is -0.3V but no other voltage?

Is it because of the body diode of MOS?

Hi, James,

yes, -0.3V is a safe range for ESD body diode. each pin have a -0.3v to GND.

Could you share more details about the ESD body diode? Is it bidirectional ? In parallel with low side NMOS body diode?

hi, James,

each pin have a diode as esd diode, for low side mos, the esd diode and it's body diode is the same one. looks like below.
