    Hello Charles,

    Thanks for the inquiry. TI doesn't have any depletion mode FETs. We only make enhancement model N & P channel FETs. Our N-channel devices go up to 100V max and P-channel FETs to -20V max. Feel free to email directly if I can be of further assistance.
