Would you please review and comments whether TLV431BQDBZR could be used to replace TLV431CDBZR? And what's the key difference and considerations that customer will have to take for the co-design?

Hi Max,
Yes, the TLV431BQDBZR can be used to replace the TLV431CDBZR.
The "B" version has a 0.5% reference voltage tolerance at 25C.
The "C" version has 1.5% reference voltage tolerance at 25C.
Also, "Q" in TLV431BQDBZR means:
which has a higher operating range than the "C" version. I hope I have answered your questions.
