    Very glad to hear the good news!

    Regarding the junction temperature, the recommended operating condition limits the operating temperature range locates within -40 °C to 125 °C. Please follow this guideline.  Operating at junction temperatures greater than 125°C (< 150°C, the absolute maximum value), although possible, degrades the lifetime of the device.

    You can suggest your customer improve the thermal performance by the layout, or other cooling ways.
